Amazing place with free wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find a lost item during my first stay, which meant a lot. Highly recommended! I'm coming back for a city break.

Loved the quirky decor and great location—perfect for walking around! The lobby’s charm kept me smiling and I easily hopped on the train when my feet got tired.
The room was so dark, it felt like I was in an underground bunker! They say you get what you pay for, but I’m not sure I paid enough for the 'mysterious dungeon' vibe.

Our family enjoyed the lovely Tom McCall Waterfront Park nearby, where the kids loved biking and picnicking. The charming vibe of the hotel was a standout, especially the cozy decor that made us feel right at home. It was a great base for exploring Portland with our seven kids!
In my wife’s opinion, a simple kids’ menu would have improved our dining options greatly.

Amazing view and cozy vibes
We had a cool one-night stay in a room with a terrace and fire pit. The Portland skyline view was stunning. The bed was super comfy and the amenities at the end of the hall were a nice touch. Just wish the coffee in the lobby was more reliable. it was out a lot of the time.

The lobby exuded an aura so classy that it felt like stepping into a vintage film set. The room was spacious with a cozy sitting area that made it the perfect hideaway to kick back and relax, not to mention the bed was as soft as a cloud! I was particularly thrilled to find a charming radio serenading me with melodies straight from yesteryear when I entered the room. The staff was as friendly as a golden retriever, always ready to help with a smile. Plus, the location was prime for exploring all the vibrant eateries and shops around.

I loved my stay in the cozy Premier King Room, where the comfy bed made falling asleep a breeze and I enjoyed relaxing drinks from the fantastic bar upstairs. While I had to follow up on my hypoallergenic pillow request after arriving, the staff handled it right away, no problem! Don't miss out on the treat-filled room at the end of the hall. it's a fun little bonus! 🍹
